Buying his first home out of college ignited Nicholas’ interest in real estate. The intricacies of the process engaged him completely and he began to think of real estate as a vocation. Nicholas grew up in the foothills of Salerno in southern Italy where he developed an appreciation for architecture ranging from Roman and Borocco to Modernism organically. After returning to Hoboken, Nicholas was introduced to the Hudson Place Realty family and all the pieces finally clicked into place; he knew he had found the ideal environment and has enjoyed going to work everyday since at HPR with partners, who are, like him, passionate about the level of service they bring to their clients. As a Hoboken resident, Nicholas is adamant about giving back to his community and is actively involved with several charities and social organizations including The Ronald McDonald House, Pelatonia Cancer Research and The Fight Against Bullying. Any down time can find Nick reading historical and political non-fiction or playing his beloved 1969 Rickenbaker guitar.
