Steve was pivotal in our home search and purchase. I have known him for years and I can sincerely say that his honesty and trustworthiness set him apart from all the others. I never once had to question his intentions or if he was looking out for our best interests. He clearly knew all the ins and outs of the buying process and we totally relied on him for the many services needed when buying a home...from inspection, to attorney to mortgage broker. We lived out of the country at the time, so Steve was instrumental in setting up all the logistics for showings, meetings, etc. It was crucial because at times we would just fly in for a few days so there was no time to waste and everything was always well organized. He also evolved the search criteria, his recommendations and advice as he learned more about what we wanted throughout the search process. This once again, showed his trustworthiness...many times asking us the right questions about what we really wanted. His advice was most valuable. Of course, not every one person knows everything. As our search radius expanded outside of his geographical area of expertise, he immediately advised us it would be better that he bring on a co-agent with greater knowledge of the area...in effect, cutting his commission in half.
